Scope and provider
The present general conditions of sale are applicable to the contracts of sale concluded between Géraldine G. (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") and the consumer (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer").

Conclusion of the contract
The contract is concluded when the Customer validates in writing (e-mail or plain paper) the quotation sent by Géraldine G. and the payment of a deposit of 30% of the total price including all taxes is received by the Seller.

Language
The language proposed for the conclusion of the contract is French or English.

​

 

Prices
The prices communicated by the Seller are all charges included, in euros.

The Customer pays 30% of the total price including all taxes of his order at the time of the validation of the quotation, then the remaining 70% when the work is ready, before its delivery.

Delivery costs are not included in the prices. Other additional costs that may be charged to you are indicated before the conclusion of the contract.
Deliveries to countries outside the European Union may be subject to various charges and taxes, including customs and import VAT. These costs are borne exclusively by the Customer.

Delivery
The delivery costs are communicated to the Customer before the final conclusion of the contract.
The delivery time is 5 to 7 days for available paintings. For paintings on order and made to measure the delivery / realization period is 5 to 8 weeks. If the delivery time of a product is longer, this information is specifically mentioned to the Customer.

Payment
The following means of payment are available to you to pay for your purchases:

- bank transfer
- check
- PayPal
- Payment in installments

Please note that the delivery of the goods will take place after receipt of your payment by our services.

Retentions of title
The transfer of ownership will take place after full payment of the price.

​

 

Risk transfer
The transfer of the risks of deterioration or loss of the goods will take place upon receipt of the delivered goods.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving reasons within fourteen days. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, takes physical possession of the last good.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) by post to the address Géraldine Gouttes, 12 b Chemin de la Sapeuraille 69450 Saint Cyr au Mont d'Or, France or by e-mail to geraldine.g.art@gmail.com.

 In order for the withdrawal period to be respected, it is sufficient that you send your communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period. You must return or return the goods to Géraldine Gouttes, 12 b Chemin de la Sapeuraille 69450 Saint Cyr au Mont d'Or, without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days after you have communicated your decision to withdraw from this contract. This time limit is deemed to have been respected if you return the goods before the fourteen-day period expires. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Excluded from the right of withdrawal are custom-made paintings and paintings on order.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this Agreement, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery charges (except for the cost of return delivery and any additional costs arising from you choosing a method of delivery other than the cheaper standard method of delivery offered by us) without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day we are notified of your decision to withdraw from this Agreement. We will make the refund using the same method of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree to a different method, in which case there will be no charge to you. We may defer a refund until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof of shipment of the goods, whichever comes first.

Exception to the right of withdrawal

The exercise of the right of withdrawal is excluded for the following contracts :
- Contracts for the realization of a painting on order;
- contracts for the realization of custom-made paintings;

Legal warranty
The legal guarantee intervenes under the conditions provided by the French law. You can consult the texts on www.legifrance.fr.

Claims

Risk transfer
The transfer of the risks of deterioration or loss of the goods will take place when you take possession of the goods delivered or when the goods are handed over to a carrier appointed by you, other than one of those offered on our site.
